This really builds intrinsic values stronger especially when you grow up with struggle and hardships.
Why I say so?
In the terms of inheritance from forefathers it's easy to receive, but for me the case was not same. I wasn't privileged with the paternal wealth and property. Our father used to work hard as a Construction Laborer and stayed up his entire work life in the same room of 10*10.
This is something nobody wants. At any cost, we didn't like it. However, this gave us deep courage for our own start-up too!
We, than started our journey as Labor Contractor. No sooner we begin a new trading company, naming it 'Jay Marketing' whereas we used to sell Cement, Plywood, Paint, and TMT Bars. And with the trading, we would take up small-scale construction projects.
And then we stepped in POLAD CEMENT in the year 2007, under which we served several industries. We learnt a lot here.
And then in the year 2010, my belief "Nothing is impossible which meant for me as I am Possible" took the shape of SILVERCOIN EXTRUSION. Our own start-up where challenges were exciting as it was completely a new field. After 4 years, we stepped into window fabrication. Meanwhile, we also we gained in-house coating plant. This gave our customers or clients to set-up with the complete solution by reaching SILVERCOIN EXTRUSION. The only reason kept us strong enough along the journey was 'Quality Check.' For now, we care this by producing on our own 1. Aluminum 2. Coating 3. Fabrication.
Last but not the least to say, 'Nothing is Impossible' played significant role in my life is now admired and written in a board above where I sit.
